February 6th, 2018 | Posted by Megan in 100wc - (0 Comments)

“Bye Georgie, bye Ana!” Mandy called, as she skipped home from school.  She was a pretty girl with long, brown, curly hair that she wore in bunches.  When she got home she went over to her hamster’s cage and called “Cocoa, come here Cocoa”.  Suddenly, as Mandy looked up she saw her hamster.  Just then, it came down the drainpipe.  “Cocoa!” yelled Mandy.  Cocoa fell into Mandy’s arms and she squeezed the tiny fur ball tight. They both go inside and have some carrots and water. They got out the big paddling pool and had fun splashing around before tea.

Once there was a couple named Blib and Blab.  Blab had just had a baby called Blob.  The family was very chatty load of relatives.  They always talk about their abnormal names and weather they wanted to change them.  Blob’s best friends from school were Macy and Nick and they always came round to his for tea.  Jenny the wren was his second best friend after Macy and Nick.   He and his talkative family were always happy when someone started a conversation and loved talking (a bit like me).  They never new when to stop talking. They found talking very fun indeed…

One day, snake and clock were walking to the red doughnut shop to get two of the largest doughnuts in the shop.  Then, each holding a doughnut in a bag, they cycled home.  Before they knew it they were at Snake’s house.  They each nibbled at the doughnuts they were clutching.  The next day, Sofa and Cup came over for a sleepover along with Clock and the new girl cupboard who had started at school.  Then they had a massive pillow fight before bed.  At midnight, Sofa and Cup went and took some food from the kitchen.  It was so much fun for them all that night…

Once there was a girl named Lilia who lived with her mum, dad, twin sisters Rachel and Zelda and horse Helena.  She was 16 years old and one day she received a very peculiar parcel arrived at the door.  The message scrawled across it read: ‘Lilia, I hope you will enjoy this!  From your neighbour, Sally Xxx’!  She frantically ripped open the parcel to reveal a very strange, talking hand toy.  “Hello,” Lilia said nervously.  “What’s your name?” She asked tentatively.  “McDonald’s gave me to your neighbour Sally who gave me to you,” replied the hand.  They got up to a lot of mischief  together…

The beginning

January 14th, 2018 | Posted by Megan in 100wc - (0 Comments)

In the beginning , there was nothing but a single tree.  This tree just had to be magic as it was the only tree living now.  Suddenly, it spurted red and green sparks from it’s trunk.  Then, humans, animals and plants formed from the sparks.  They all shook hands and petted the animals lovingly.  They asked the tree to build them huts. The tree did as it was asked.  The huts were warm and cosy and everyone snuggled down for the night.  The next day everyone held a party to celebrate the tree helping them so much and being so kind!!!

Elouise was a kind girl aged 14 who loved the woodland.  She would spend every spare minute in a forest somewhere drawing and writing about it.   Elouise loved the foxes and owls.  She even published her writing in books about the woodland.  She was no ordinary girl of 14 for she was magic and wonderful.

One day, she was walking in the woods when she saw a large, wonderful, woven ….. something.  Quick as a flash she ran to her grandfather’s cottage and told him everything.  He was astonished and started making suggestions straight away.  Elouise never went there again as far as I can tell….
