The Yeti And The Lighthouse

One day, Ocean the yeti set out on a tiny yacht to begin her new job as a lighthouse keeper.  As she pulled the yacht up onto the pebbly bank she noticed a towering bridge behind her leading to a great, big, red lighthouse.  Suddenly, a lady named Ella came up onto the bank and welcomed Ocean to Scotland.  Ella explained that she was going to be Ocean ‘s lighthouse keeper teacher.  Ocean spent months in Scotland learning how to use a lighthouse.  One night, she was in the tower turning on the light when she remembered a fun way to get down the lighthouse without using the steps. She pushed a button and a slide slid down to the bank.  Ocean slid down and remembered that she had to go home that night.  When she got home she felt more confident in a lighthouse than ever before!!!

One spring morning, 3 children named Beth, Joe and Katie were out at the shops.  It was a warm, crisp morning and they had gone to buy a bottle of lemonade.  “Anything else dears,” asked the smiling Lady from behind the counter.  “No thank you,” answered Beth the toddler.  They paid £3.00 and Joe dropped the bottle …  “The air is cold all around me !” yelled Katie

Once there were two girls named Ana and Izzy (sisters).  Izzy was standing on the balcony (Ana was still asleep) when she saw a sight that made her heart stand still.  It was a gigantic wasp!!!!!!!!!!!  “Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!” yelled Izzy.  But then Izzy remembered that she was asleep in bed and Ana was beside her and that they were both fast asleep.  When she woke up and remembered the dream she forgot about breakfast. . .

One day, there was a huge heap of scrap.  Next to it was a huge heap of mud mixed with glue and sticky stuff.  Ellie was the only one who wasn’t disgusted by it.  She was fascinated.  So one night she crept downstairs and grabbed her coat and shoes however the door made such a creak that she had to dash outside and hide behind a tree to avoid being spotted by her parents!  Then she dashed out and ran to the piles.  Then she built a. . . . . . . . . . .

My Pet

My pet is a guinea pig called Snuffles.  She has thunder grey fur which looks quite beautiful.  She was born in April 2016 along with her sister Fluff the same year we bought them.

Snuffles is cute, cuddly, soft and wonderful.  She loves to eat carrot, apples and corn on the cob.  They love to be in their run (a small, collapsible cage with obstacles and food in).  When we got her she was scared of us but now she is fine with us.
My pet’s wonderful but how can something so tiny be a big part of my life?
