Today I took part in the Bradford on Avon Brownies Rememberance Sunday Parade.
We met out side of the church in Bradford, where we all lined up and watched the Cadets March.
We went into the church, and Reverand Joanne gave the service, we sang songs and said prayers for all the soliders that sadly died in the wars.
We went then went to Westbury Garden where we stood at the war memorial where poppy wreathes were laid for all the soliders.
Then the last post was played and we stood in silence for 2 minutes as a mark of respect.
I was very proud to be part of this today and I remember Great Grumpy today as he was in the 2nd world war as a fireman and he lived in Canterbury, where he had to scrape the bombs off the houses in the city.
